Director Strategic Sourcing
About The Position
As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic sourcing initiatives for our Building Automation business, driving cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and procurement excellence to support business growth and operational efficiency. You will report directly to our VP CPO, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlote, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell by ensuring the sourcing strategy aligns with business objectives, delivering value through innovative sourcing solutions, and strengthening supplier partnerships to enhance supply chain resilience and competitiveness. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably in the Building Automation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, cost optimization techniques, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Experience in strengthening supplier partnerships and enhancing supply chain resilience.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Honeywell Forge software or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of global sourcing practices and supply chain dynamics.
