About The Position

This role supports strategic account development, participates in client presentations, and develops logistics solutions. The position also supports EPC pursuits and leads the execution of complex multimodal projects. The Director will oversee Project Managers (PMs), review execution strategies, and mentor junior PMs. Responsibilities include developing transportation concepts, reviewing engineering studies, coordinating heavy haul, providing chartering support, leading RFQs, reviewing costing, conducting risk assessments, focusing on margin improvement, building PM capability, developing SOPs, sharing best practices, and talent development.

Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience in transportation industry
• Fluent in Spanish as a second language
• Proficient in Excel, Word, project, Autodesk DWG TrueView (for AutoCAD drawings)
• Familiarity with Gantt charts and route maps
• Requires extended sitting and computer use
• Visits to different jobsites and terminals to supervise load out, lifting, tie down and other
• Prolonged exposure to elements
• Frequent visits to areas where PPE required
• Access to restricted areas at port / airport
