About The Position

As a privately-owned, biopharmaceutical company, Ferring pioneers and delivers life-changing therapies that help people build families and live better lives. Our independence helps us cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and long-term perspective that enables us to achieve growth and scale, while remaining agile and true to our ‘people first’ philosophy. Built on a 70-year plus commitment to science and research, Ferring is relentless in its pursuit of science that drives powerful discoveries and therapies to help people build families, stay healthy, and stand up to the world’s oldest enemy: disease. As a strategic lead within the Market Access team, you will drive pricing excellence for our product portfolio. This role is critical in navigating the complexities of both Medical (Part B / Buy-and-Bill) and Pharmacy (Part D / Commercial) benefits. You will serve as the analytical engine for the US Pricing Committee, providing the data-driven insights necessary to understand product distribution, market access, patient access and net revenue. The position co-develops pricing options, models, negotiation plans, and contracting strategies in a matrix environment within Ferring US, leading to strategic pricing recommendations that are aligned with Global and local price guidance and approval process. While this role does not include Government Pricing (GP) submissions, it requires a high degree of financial acumen to execute complex Gross-to-Net (GTN) analyses and ad-hoc modeling. The role partners with teams internal to Market Access such as Offer Development, Commercial Contracting, Patient Access, Trade, and the Managed Care field team. In addition, it also partners with Business Unit commercial players, Finance and the US Pricing Committee. With Ferring, you will be joining a recognized leader, identified as one of “The World’s Most Innovative Companies” by Fast Company, and honored by Fortune with inclusion on its “Change the World List,” for addressing society’s unmet needs. Ferring US is also Great Places to Work® Certified, distinguishing it as one of the best companies to work for in the country.
