THE ROLE The Director, Strategic Planning & Business Development serves as the division's leader for long-range strategy, growth initiatives, external partnerships, and ecosystem development. Reporting to the Division Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing, this role is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities that accelerate growth through strategic planning, portfolio optimization, partnerships, licensing, alliances, and inorganic opportunities. This leader serves as a key advisor to the ADC Leadership Team, translating market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies into actionable strategic recommendations and growth initiatives. The role is accountable for driving the division's strategic planning process, developing and managing a robust external partnership ecosystem, and ensuring strategic investments align with long-term business objectives.
