As a Director, Strategic Partnerships at 4Minds, you will build and scale revenue-producing partnerships with global systems integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, and AI-focused advisory partners. Your mission is to make 4Minds a preferred AI platform within consulting ecosystems by enabling partners to deliver differentiated, enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging 4Minds technology. This role sits at the center of enterprise AI transformation. You will work directly with consulting partners’ AI, data, and industry practices to co-create solutions, activate co-sell motions, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will help consulting teams modernize their AI offerings beyond traditional RAG and static models positioning 4Minds as a foundational platform for continuously learning enterprise intelligence. This is a builder role. You will help define the GSI and consulting partner playbook while executing it in real time. Success requires technical curiosity, consultative selling skills, and the confidence to engage C-suite and senior leaders across consulting firms who are shaping AI strategy for Fortune 2000 clients. You’ll balance long-term strategic partnerships with near-term pipelines and revenue creation in a fast-moving startup environment.
