About The Position

The Director of Strategic Marketing leads customer-centered marketing across Pro Tapes’ four strategic pillars: Arts & Entertainment, ProFab, Mavalus, and Contract Converting. The role owns the voice of the customer and market insight, embeds marketing into business strategy, translates the agreed global Arts & Entertainment strategy into regional market plans, and advances ProGaff brand ownership. The Director works through defined decision rights and close partnership with Sales, Product Management, regional leaders, and the broader organization. Success is measured by customer value, profitable growth, and execution rather than marketing activity alone. The role oversees customer-led strategy, global Arts & Entertainment growth, ProGaff brand governance, product strategy and launches, and strategic marketing team leadership. It turns customer, channel, competitive, and market insight into growth priorities and value propositions; establishes measurable marketing priorities; and supports acquisition, retention, and expansion. It also leads commercialization and launch readiness from concept through market introduction, while coordinating cross-functional partners and aligning global strategy with local execution. The position is based at Pro Tapes in North Brunswick, New Jersey. The work environment is an open, collaborative office intended to support creativity, teamwork, and shared conversations. Domestic and international travel may be required as business needs dictate.
