We are seeking a Director, Strategic Marketing Partner (Fast Track) to shape and own the marketing strategy for priority Fast Track offerings. This is a senior, enterprise‑level role for a strategic B2B marketing leader who can translate business priorities into clear, outcome‑led marketing direction; partner with senior leaders; and drive disciplined planning, prioritization, and performance visibility across a complex, matrixed global organization. The Strategic Marketing Partner shapes and owns the marketing strategy, ensuring it is tightly aligned to business goals and customer needs. This role operates at the enterprise level, focusing on quarterly and annual planning, growth-focused, guiding initiatives, and taking accountability for strategic outcomes. In this Director role, you will apply the Strategic Marketing Partner model to DXC’s Fast Track portfolio and will also lead some Marketing Initiatives which are opportunistic in nature and require rapid response from marketing & communications - prioritizing the highest‑value growth opportunities, defining clear go‑to‑market direction, and enabling integrated execution across marketing and communications functions. You will operate as a senior strategic advisor, influencing decisions and ensuring marketing investment is focused where it will deliver the greatest business impact. You will report into the Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing Partner Group, and be an active member of this strategic Marketing & Communications function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience, including senior or strategic leadership roles, ideally within technology or a comparable industry.
  • Proven success developing enterprise‑level marketing strategies that drive growth, revenue impact, or market share.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and aligning cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing significant budgets and prioritizing investment based on impact.
  • Proven experience navigating and influencing within a global, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, strategy, management, economics, or equivalent is required; a master’s degree is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of enterprise‑wide marketing strategies for priority Fast Track offerings, aligned to business growth objectives and customer needs.
  • Guide quarterly and annual planning cycles, driving clarity, prioritization, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior business and functional leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are commercially effective, differentiated, and outcome‑focused.
  • Translate business goals into clear, insight‑led marketing briefs that set direction across planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach, embedding customer insights and buyer journeys into Fast Track marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to scale and extend high‑performing initiatives across markets, audiences, and offerings where relevant.
  • Work collaboratively across marketing and communications functions, with Campaign Managers central to delivery, to enable high‑impact, business‑aligned programs and campaigns.
  • Maintain regular engagement with business stakeholders, providing visibility into initiatives in planning and development and managing cadence to support timely approvals.
  • Engage with Sales Enablement to support go‑to‑market readiness through education and enablement of key initiatives and programs.
  • Review and communicate initiative performance with the business, embedding learnings to drive continuous improvement and stronger return on investment.
  • Establish clear success measures for priority Fast Track initiatives, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence, adoption, and brand impact.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to influence prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity to align diverse stakeholders and maintain momentum across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Contribute to the evolution of repeatable Fast Track marketing frameworks and plays that improve speed to market and scalability.
