Reporting to the Senior Vice President, AMER Sales, the Director, Strategic Initiatives is an individual contributor and trusted advisor to the AMER Sales Leadership Team that is responsible for owning and executing key Sales initiatives (both BAU and transformational) across the AMER region. The successful incumbent will possess a strong GTM project and program background and will lead various Sales efforts that will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams (including: Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Operations, Product, GTM Ops, HR, EDNA, CDIO) to drive business outcomes.
