The Director, Strategic Group Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving strategic business growth opportunities across EOS Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels and resorts through proactive sales leadership, relationship development, and market expansion initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships within the meetings, events, and third-party sourcing community, and increasing EOS Hospitality’s market share within the luxury hospitality segment. In addition to direct business development responsibilities, this position will support portfolio-wide strategic group sales initiatives, special projects, and commercial efforts designed to enhance sales performance and operational efficiencies across the EOS Hospitality collection. The Director will work closely with property sales leaders, corporate leadership, and external partners to identify emerging market opportunities, support group sales strategies, and drive long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality, strategic account development, and group sales. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and brand ambassador for EOS Hospitality, delivering exceptional client engagement while contributing to the company’s continued growth and industry leadership.
