About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking a highly motivated Director of Spa and Retail to lead the spa team, offering individual support and direction as needed. The role is responsible for maintaining a serene spa environment and delivering a world-class luxury spa experience, including ensuring appointments run on time and responding to guests’ special requests. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the role within the luxury market.
- Advanced knowledge of spa operations.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team-member engagement and financial performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
- Experience working in a luxury spa environment.
