Zocdoc is seeking a strategic, technical, and commercially minded leader to establish and scale our combined Solutions Architecture and Professional Services function. This net-new leadership role sits at the critical intersection of our commercial and technical teams, serving as a core growth driver for our healthcare systems and large provider groups business line. This leader will establish a high-impact organization that accelerates enterprise value realization through rigorous technical governance, predictable delivery frameworks, and strategic cross-functional alignment. They will serve as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into long-term commercial success. Responsibilities sit across the sales funnel, including pre-sales due diligence and solutioning, implementation, and client services post-sale. Ultimately, this team makes Zocdoc an indispensable partner for health systems and large provider groups and supports Zocdoc’s growth strategy by ensuring that our solutions set a foundation for long-term growth.
