About The Position

The Director, Social Media Marketing owns and evolves portfolio-wide organic social strategy, reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing and translating integrated brand priorities into an audience-led channel, content, community, and social-commerce roadmap. This leader works in tandem with the Head of Brand Marketing to set the role of each priority platform, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This role establishes annual and quarterly priorities, and connects organic social, creator and UGC inputs, community, paid-media learning, retail, and digital commerce through one accountable operating model. The Director leads a five-person social and multimedia team and is accountable for strategy, creative standards, reputation and escalation governance, performance measurement, budget and resource allocation, team development, and executive reporting. This is a strategic player-coach role. Managers own daily calendars, publishing, moderation, and routine optimization; the Director sets direction, makes portfolio tradeoffs, approves high-impact work, and escalates material brand, legal, reputational, or investment decisions.
