TMRW Sports is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Social Media – Golf to lead the vision, voice, and execution of social media across its TGL and WTGL golf properties. This role is central to shaping a culturally relevant, fan-first brand presence that deepens engagement, accelerates audience growth, and elevates how the leagues show up across priority social platforms. Serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, this person will own the development of innovative social content ecosystems while ensuring social media is a key driver of brand relevance, fandom, and business impact. This role will forge strong partnerships across players, teams, sponsors, broadcast, and media partners to deliver compelling, platform-native content that extends well beyond live competition. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing – Golf, the Director, Social Media - Golf will lead and develop a high-performing social team, establish best-in-class workflows and governance, and ensure TMRW Sports remains at the forefront of social, cultural, and content innovation within sports and entertainment.
