We’re looking for a strategic, culturally fluent Director of Social & Content to lead how our brands show up across social platforms and content-driven channels. This role owns the vision, strategy, and standards for social storytelling—ensuring our brands are relevant, engaging, and effective across platforms and audiences. Reporting into the VP of Brand Marketing, this role is responsible for shaping social and content strategy across our brand portfolio, guiding creative direction, and driving performance through strong collaboration with Product, Performance, Creative, and Lifecycle teams. The ideal candidate brings agency or multi-brand experience, strong creative instincts, and a proven ability to scale social and content programs that balance brand-building with measurable impact.
