Design and control budget. Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Minimum five years’ coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
- Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures
- USSCA National certification or equivalent
