About The Position

As the Director, Services Business Development, you will be a key executive leader responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and profitability of our core service lines. You will have full ownership of a diverse portfolio, including Education Services, Professional Services, Support Services, and Supply Chain Services. Additionally, you will aid in capturing opportunities in Vendor Services. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned leader who can manage not only the P&L and sales but also the long-term strategic direction and development of both our service offerings and the teams that support them.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, with 3-5 years in a direct management or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a long-term business strategy that drives both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
  • A track record of successfully leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, budget forecasting, and key financial metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key clients at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall business strategy and financial performance for the entire services portfolio, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development and launch of new services while ensuring the continuous improvement and profitability of existing offerings.
  • Provide executive oversight for services sales, engaging in high-level client discussions and defining go-to-market strategies to expand business.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of managers and professionals. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and strengthening key relationships with our service partners.
  • Analyze market trends, assess partnership contracts, and ensure alignment with our corporate strategy and financial goals.
  • Oversee the operational efficiency of service delivery and approvals within our CIS systems, as well as the accuracy of all sales forecasting and business reporting.
