This role is responsible for leading end-to-end transformation initiatives across Wealth Consumer Lending and Deposit Products, with a primary focus on product innovation, process optimization, and distribution strategy. Sitting at the intersection of lending and deposits, this leader will drive execution of strategic initiatives from concept through delivery—ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and client needs. Strategic Focus: Digital Enablement as a Competitive Advantage: Wealth currently has limited digital capabilities across lending and deposits, creating a significant opportunity to modernize the client and advisor experience. This role will help prioritize and deliver digital solutions that simplify workflows, improve speed to market, and enhance competitiveness. Salesforce Engagement & Growth: Activate and enable the salesforce with better tools, insights, and product positioning to drive higher balances, deeper client penetration, and increased share of wallet across all consumer products. End-to-End Experience Ownership: Ensure alignment of product design, pricing, policy, and distribution to create a seamless and differentiated client experience.
