Cvent is seeking a visionary yet hands-on Director/Senior Manager, Social Media to build, scale, and reinvent how our brand shows up across the social landscape. In this role, you will be the architect and primary driver of Cvent's organic social strategy—creating breakthrough content, elevating our executive and employee voices, and shaping how millions understand and engage with our brand. This is a rare opportunity to redefine the social voice for a global B2B technology leader in a category undergoing rapid change. You will lead Cvent's strategy across our brand-owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, X, and whatever comes next). You will also streamline and consolidate our broader social footprint across acquired brands and old and/or emerging platforms. Most importantly, you will push the boundaries of what B2B social can be, driving culture and customer-focused storytelling, bold experimentation, and an AI-first approach to creative at scale. You'll manage a core social media team based in our India HQ, collaborate across a world-class global marketing organization, and—in the near term—serve as the primary U.S.-based executor and owner of Cvent's social presence. This role combines strategic leadership and communication, creative vision, operational excellence, and proactive, hands-on production.
