We are seeking an experienced, strategic and creative Social Media Director to lead our social media presence across channels for both The Freeman Company (parent company) and the Freeman brand. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the social media strategies to elevate both The Freeman Company and the Freeman brand, drive audience growth and deliver measurable business impact on distinct channels for each. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to see the “big picture,” has a knack for creative storytelling, and is willing to participate in hands-on execution while leading a high performing team. The candidate is also well versed in the ever-changing world of social media trends, while ensuring content is meaningful, on-brand, creative and - when needed - nimble. This role serves as a key member of the Marketing leadership team, and is the primary liaison to content creation, creative and agency partners as needed. This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
