Manage a portfolio of large agricultural clients, taking responsibility for the overall relationship strategy within the client’s RBC relationship team. Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of your clients’ business and industry. Acquire and grow Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team and bringing the full breadth of RBC to businesses, business owners and their employees. Work in close partnership and collaboration with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs, demonstrating strong credit acumen, as well as sound risk mitigation and portfolio oversight. Foster internal and external strategic partnerships and centres of influence (COIs) to meet the business’ strategic goals while focusing on target market clients. Ensure clients are enabled to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their business.
