This role involves managing a portfolio of large agricultural clients, focusing on developing and executing overall relationship strategies within the client's RBC relationship team. The position requires delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive and customized business and financial advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business and industry. A key aspect is acquiring and growing Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team, and leveraging the full breadth of RBC's offerings to businesses, business owners, and their employees. The role also includes working in close partnership with CFS Finance to manage complex client credit needs, showcasing strong credit acumen, risk mitigation, and portfolio oversight.
