The Director, SAP Transport Management & Workload Automation is accountable for the enterprise SAP release management strategy, transport governance, and global workload automation operations across The Coca-Cola Company's SAP landscape. The role owns the governance, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SAP releases, transport controls, deployment processes, and batch job scheduling capabilities, balancing delivery speed with platform stability, compliance, and business continuity. This leader is responsible for governing how enhancements, projects, defect fixes, and operational changes move through development, test, and production environments while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and change management controls. The role provides leadership across release planning, production cutovers, transport management, and workload automation services while partnering closely with SAP Platform, Basis, Infrastructure, Security, Product, Delivery, and Business stakeholders. The position also serves as the technology and process owner for SAP transport management and workload automation platforms, including tools such as Rev-Trac Release Management Workbench (RMW) and RunMyJobs by Redwood Software, while evaluating emerging technologies and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and governance.
