About The Position

Drive consistent sales execution, technician sales performance, and operational alignment across the Pool Division by developing scalable sales programs, coaching branch teams, strengthening accountability, and creating standardized sales processes that improve close rates, repair sales, customer retention, and long-term revenue growth. This role serves as a key bridge between Branch Operations and Inside Sales leadership while building the foundation for future outside sales expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent applicable leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, branch operations, or service-related revenue growth environments.
  • Proven experience developing sales processes, coaching field teams, and driving measurable sales performance improvement across multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within pool, home services, pest control, HVAC, restoration, or other route-based service industries.
  • Experience supporting technician-driven sales models, repair sales programs, or service-to-sales operational environments.
  • Experience working in multi-state, high-growth, private equity-backed, or field-based operational organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes scalable sales programs, branch initiatives, and technician sales strategies across all Pool Division locations.
  • Leads sales training, field coaching, ride-alongs, and branch check-ins to improve technician sales effectiveness, close rates, and customer experience.
  • Drives adoption, accountability, and consistency of sales processes, reporting standards, and operational execution across all regions.
  • Partners closely with Inside Sales leadership and Branch Operations to align sales strategy, communication, customer handoff processes, and performance expectations.
  • Supports branch-level revenue growth initiatives focused on repair sales, service upgrades, customer retention, and overall sales performance improvement.
  • Establishes standardized sales metrics, reporting cadence, and performance visibility for branch leadership and executive teams.
  • Identifies performance gaps, operational inconsistencies, and training opportunities, then implements corrective action plans and coaching strategies.
  • Builds long-term infrastructure and operational readiness for future outside sales expansion within the Pool Division.
  • Travels regularly to branches for operational alignment, leadership partnership, sales coaching, and team development.
