About The Position

Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee the Enterprise segment within its B2B sales team. This role reports to the VP, Sales and offers a significant opportunity to lead a high-performing team managing large, strategic advertiser relationships. The B2B business is experiencing steady year-over-year growth. The leader will manage a growing portfolio of large and enterprise advertisers (1000+ employees) and drive retention, expansion, and new business growth across Morning Brew Inc.'s multimedia portfolio, including newsletters, social, video, custom content, onsite activations, events, podcasts, and data products across over 20 media brands. This role requires a strategic, commercially-minded individual who can support complex enterprise sales motions while remaining hands-on. While not carrying an individual quota, the role involves supporting account strategy, participating in client conversations, navigating internal stakeholders, and driving high-priority opportunities. The ideal candidate has deep fluency in digital advertising, media, or adtech/martech sales, with experience in sophisticated client organizations, agency ecosystems, procurement processes, and large-scale negotiations. Key skills include account mapping, executive relationship building, multithreading, and driving strategic growth. The role also requires the ability to travel and entertain clients. Strong internal influence and relationship management are crucial for partnering with Account Management, Pricing, Creative/GTM, Marketing, Events, Editorial, and Operations teams. The company seeks a proactive leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, establish commercial rigor, and evolve the enterprise sales motion, account planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy. The leader will inherit a high-performing team and needs to scale and elevate the business while maintaining its entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing and/or senior talent.
  • Experience in digital advertising, media, ad tech, marketing, or related industries.
  • Deep experience leading full-cycle enterprise sales motions across retention, expansion, and net new business to large and enterprise businesses (1000+ employees).
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise and strategic accounts, including navigating complex sales cycles, procurement processes, executive stakeholders, and six- and seven-figure partnerships.
  • Strong strategic account planning, org mapping, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Strong internal and external executive communication, coaching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Metrics-driven, operationally strong, and highly proactive with a modern approach to sales leadership and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and related sales tools.
  • Strong operational and organizational management skills.
  • Experience navigating highly cross-functional environments and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of agency and client-side advertising ecosystems; existing agency and/or brand relationships are a major plus.
  • Experience selling into Marketing, Brand, Content, Communications, PR, and/or Paid, Media organizations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-product media and/or marketing partnerships.
  • Experience scaling sales organizations and improving forecasting and operational rigor.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for Morning Brew Inc. and its portfolio of media brands.
