About The Position

Wingate Residences has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join our Sales Team! We are seeking sales professionals who want to be part of a dynamic sales culture that focuses on making a difference in the lives of seniors. We are seeking a seasoned candidate to focus on growing occupancy at our Memory Care community. As Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for hands on sales execution through generating new sales leads, converting leads to move-ins and cultivating and managing professional relationships throughout the marketplace. The Sales Director will articulate to our professional referrals and why our community is exceptional in the marketplace, network with professionals that have the ability to refer and plan and execute professional and lead generating events. The Sales and Marketing Director has a sincere commitment to professionally serving the informational needs of prospective residents and their extended family members.

Requirements

• The ability to be self-motivated and take initiative to seek new sources for referrals
• Good public speaking as well as the ability to communicate well one on one or in groups, (written and verbal)
• Present a positive image in the community representing the Wingate on Blackstone community
• Ability to build rapport and trust as well as the ability to generate leads
• Possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
• Must have a valid drivers' license and good driving record
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of 1-year experience working with healthcare, Assisted Living, Independent Living, or human services is required
