About The Position

TELUS Partner Solutions connects domestic and international facilities and virtual over-the-top services providers to TELUS' award-winning network and empowers resellers with a portfolio of industry-leading solutions purpose-built to help grow their technology and communications businesses. We're looking for a senior consultative sales leader to build and lead a collaborative, high-performing wholesale sales team. You'll drive profitable revenue growth by helping service providers and key verticals across Canada and globally solve complex business challenges through integrated TELUS solutions — from next-gen connectivity and digital transformation to business solutions and healthcare technology. You measure success through consistent results achieved via solution-based selling, strong customer relationships, and talented teams you've developed. You're data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at navigating complex organizational dynamics with authenticity and integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and coaching high-performance sales teams with consultative selling approaches
  • 10+ years in IT and telecommunications sales with proven wholesale experience and cross-selling success
  • Demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive career growth
  • Strong empathy and ability to adapt your approach to different personalities
  • Proven track record building psychological safety and fostering inclusive team environments
  • Skilled at navigating conflict constructively and driving results in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • C-suite relationship-building experience in large enterprises
  • Strategic planning and decision-making skills with proven track record of sustainable, profitable revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating across product management, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication skills grounded in active listening and emotional awareness
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in consultative sales leadership (university degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience considered)
  • Professional sales certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/French (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans balancing immediate wins with sustainable growth across TELUS offerings.
  • Leverage data and AI tools to optimize the sales approach.
  • Maintain key partner relationships with integrity.
  • Facilitate honest conversations about performance and development—addressing challenges with both compassion and accountability.
