About The Position

The Director of Sales & Operations Execution is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of sales and operations plans, aligning short-term operational activities with strategic goals, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Consulting or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail industry.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Resource Allocation : Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support sales and operational goals.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and keep senior leadership informed about progress and outcomes.
Change Management : lead change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and accountability across the organization.
Leadership & Team Development : Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 professionals in operational excellence, planning, and analytics, fostering skill development and driving high performance.
Act as a liaison between store operations, merchandising, and supply chain teams, promoting collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve shared goals.
