Emerson is seeking a forward-thinking, senior leader to guide our Power & Water Solutions business unit through commercial transformation, driving the modernization of data, analytics and core commercial processes across marketing, sales, and business development. As the Director, Sales Operations and Pricing, you will design and scale the frameworks, tools, and behaviors required to support rapid growth and drive cross functional performance, owning KPI governance, incentive strategy, data modernization, and commercial process optimization.
