Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proven success in advertising sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and drive them to close.
  • Proven leadership in developing and elevating early-career sales talent through strategic coaching and mentorship.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Experience leveraging sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must of legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic, results-oriented sales plans.
  • Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and advertising agencies to accelerate revenue growth and market presence.
  • Leverage seller performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs and avails, elevating win rates and client satisfaction.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline and activity management through Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales technologies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the media landscape, translating industry knowledge and relationships into strategic advantage.
  • Develop and implement innovative advertising sales strategies aligned with industry best practices and evolving market dynamics.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading change initiatives.
  • Invest in the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Own revenue forecasting and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the team.
  • Lead quota planning across accounts, individual contributors, and the broader team to align with organizational goals.
