Our Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Operating Unit provides innovative technologies that support clinicians in treating sinus, otology, head and neck, skull base, airway, and related conditions. Our ENT technology includes powered instruments, image-guided surgical systems, and sinus implants that enhance precision, safety, and efficiency across both office and operating room settings—helping improve patient outcomes in a complex and evolving specialty. In this role, you are responsible for proactively identifying, managing, and optimizing the digital resources that support the ENT sales organization. This includes overseeing sales tools, dashboards, targeting models, and reporting to ensure the field has clear visibility into performance and priorities. You partner closely with Marketing and Sales Training to align strategy and execution, ensuring sales teams are enabled to operate more effectively and efficiently. A key part of the role involves evaluating and improving how inventory and trunk stock are managed, including defining metrics, tracking usage, and ensuring appropriate availability while controlling costs. You also work closely with Finance to manage budgets related to travel, expense, and inventory, establishing clear ways of working that balance operational discipline with field productivity. In addition, the role includes a commercial excellence component—bringing a strategic mindset to assess business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape the overall sales strategy for the ENT business.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements Bachelor Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, OR Advanced degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (unless the role is Principal-level or above).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies that provide the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively
  • Optimizes buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication
  • Requires knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods
  • Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts
  • Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies
  • Continually evaluates and deploys new and improved deployment methods
  • Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, & Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions
