The Director, Sales – Asset Management Services (AMS) is responsible for defining and executing the global commercial strategy that drives profitable growth, customer retention, and market expansion for AMS. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leader will build a world-class commercial organization that combines strategic account management, business development, and customer success. The role will accelerate transformation from a traditional managed services provider into a strategic partner that delivers measurable outcomes through data, analytics, digital platforms, and multi-vendor laboratory services. The Director will develop commercial capabilities, strengthen executive customer relationships, drive Thermo Fisher pull-through opportunities, and establish scalable sales processes that support long-term growth.
