GainwellRx serves as a comprehensive pharmacy services platform supporting state Medicaid programs and members nationwide across a broad spectrum of prescription drug services. The Director of Rx Account Management is a strategic, results-driven operational leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and leading all aspects of GainwellRx’s pharmacy account operations. The Director establishes scalable processes, enhances performance metrics, and continuously improves service delivery to meet the evolving needs of state Medicaid partners. As a senior leader, this role acts as a critical liaison between state Medicaid clients, executive account leadership, and internal cross-functional teams. The Director fosters strong client relationships, ensures alignment on program goals, and proactively addresses operational challenges to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective pharmacy solutions. Additionally, the Director is accountable for advancing strategic initiatives, supporting growth objectives, and championing a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
