About The Position
West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Risk management/QAPI to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Director, Risk Management is responsible for clinical identification, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective action related to risk issues and creating methods to avoid, eliminate and/or reduce risk situations associated with the provision of patient care and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- RN License
- Three years of clinical experience in psychiatric setting or related field with specific knowledge in high-risk areas, Joint Commission, CMS, and other relevant state and federal regulations
- Experience may be substituted with education on a 1:1 basis.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and monitors a Risk Management program in accordance with UHS T.E.R.M Program
- Other duties as assigned
