About The Position

This role provides strategic leadership across Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff functions, with responsibility for clinical risk programs, claims management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. The Director will develop departmental goals and standards while directing operational performance, patient care quality, audits, staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities. This position collaborates across the organization to support regulatory readiness, drive continuous improvement, foster professional development, and promote excellence throughout the continuum of care.

Requirements

• NM RN License Or Multistate RN License REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree From An Accredited Nursing School REQUIRED
• At Least 5 Years Of Nursing Experience With At Least 3 Years As A Director / Manager REQUIRED
• Risk Management, Quality And Medical Staff Experience REQUIRED
• CPHRM Certification Preferred Upon Hire And Required Within 3 Years Of Employment REQUIRED

• Prior Acute Healthcare Risk Management Experience May Substitute For The Leadership Experience Requirement
