Seeking a Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital.
Requirements
- Recent acute care hospital risk management experience.
- CPHRM certification.
- RN license preferred/required.
- Experience with RCA, FMEA, and patient safety.
- Infection Prevention program experience.
- Architectural infection control experience.
- Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.
- Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews.
- Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.
- Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
