The Director, Rewards Architecture is responsible for the framework, design, governance, and translation to the appropriate execution level and decision makers of enterprise-wide rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing. This is a strategic role interfacing with senior People team leadership and business leaders to ensure the rewards architecture supports the organization's business objectives in attracting and engaging employee talent and experts. This role reports to the Head of Global Rewards.
