About The Position

Reporting to the VP-Revenue Operations, this role will lead the North America Revenue Operations team, owning forecasting, pipeline tracking, QBR, and GTM planning. The focus is on becoming a best-in-class Revenue Operations organization, supporting execution, retention, and growth. The Director will act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, evolving the overarching Revenue and Sales Operations strategy and organizational structure in alignment with the GTM model. This role involves coaching and supporting direct reports to foster a positive, open, innovative, disruptive, and high-performing environment. Collaboration with leaders from Finance, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, HR, and Professional Services is key to aligning and optimizing data management systems, KPIs, data sets, and dashboards for a unified approach to global revenue operations. The Director will partner with Sales and Channel leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, focusing on maturing systems, programs, processes, pricing, and revenue models, and developing strategies aligned with Sales productivity objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years Revenue Operations leadership experience in combination with revenue oversight.
  • Experience gained in a variety of enterprise software company environments (market-leading global corporations, private equity-backed companies, rapid-growth start-ups).
  • Management history includes growing and evolving teams into top performers with an innovation mindset through talent assessment, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Core Revenue Operations experience should include interactions with Deal Desk, Order Operations, Global Sales Analytics, GTM Strategies, Pricing models, and Channel/Partner Operations.
  • Inspirational, disciplined sales operations governance background on a global scale.
  • Strategic and tactical business unit leadership experience.
  • Open, honest, and collaborative people leadership style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North America Revenue Operations team.

  • Develop strategies aligned to Sales productivity objectives.
