Director, Revenue Operations

Qventus
$200,000 - $230,000

About The Position

Qventus is seeking its first dedicated Director of Revenue Operations to establish the operational framework for its revenue generation. The company, which utilizes AI to optimize health system operations, is experiencing significant growth following a $105M Series D funding round. This role is crucial for unifying and managing the entire revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The Director will be responsible for forecast accuracy, pipeline management, territory and quota structures, deal desk operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM) systems strategy. Reporting to a revenue leader, this individual will have broad authority to shape the Revenue Operations function.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record building RevOps from zero (forecasting, pipeline architecture, data models).
  • Demonstrated ownership and defense of forecast accuracy and methodologies.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise in the object model, reporting, and enough data fluency to catch a bad number yourself.
  • Strong analytical skills across pipeline, conversion, and cycle-time analysis; fluency in SQL or a modern BI stack.
  • Experience designing territory, quota, and compensation models for a multi-segment or multi-product sales organization.
  • Proven ability to influence across sales, marketing, and CS without direct authority, including holding a neutral line when two functions want different answers.
  • AI fluency, with hands-on use of AI tooling to automate reporting and operational work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong presence in front of executives and board-level audiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, setting your own priorities, and defining scope rather than waiting for it.

Nice To Haves

  • Enterprise healthcare or health system GTM experience, particularly long-cycle provider-side sales.
  • Experience supporting a PE- or growth-equity-backed company through board-grade reporting.
  • Experience with Gong, Circleback, or comparable conversation intelligence and revenue tooling.
  • Experience building the GTM operating model for a multi-product portfolio.
  • Background in consulting, finance, or analytics before moving into RevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end forecasting methodology, cadence, and accuracy (<10% variance to actuals).
  • Architect the pipeline funnel, stage exit criteria, governance, and velocity/conversion analytics.
  • Design and maintain the territory, quota, and compensation model across a growing AVP team and multiple product lines.
  • Stand up deal desk and pricing operations, partnering with Sales and Finance on approval thresholds and deal structure.
  • Own the GTM data architecture, governance, and single source of truth across the revenue stack.
  • Deliver GTM analytics and executive and board reporting as proactive insight, not ad hoc pulls.
  • Own the GTM systems roadmap (Salesforce, Gong, Circleback, and the broader stack), including build, consolidation, and automation decisions.
  • Oversee the tactical layer (Salesforce administration, Gong/Circleback administration, KPI pack and recurring reporting), delegating or automating it so the strategic work stays first.
  • Serve as the neutral operating partner across sales, marketing, and customer success by defining how leads are qualified and handed off, how data flows, and how the motion is measured end to end.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest and passion for fixing healthcare delivery systems.

Benefits

  • Open Paid Time Off
  • paid parental leave
  • professional development
  • wellness and technology stipends
  • generous employee referral bonus
  • employee stock option awards
