The company is entering a new phase of rapid expansion and is seeking to scale its product offering and revenue. The Director, Revenue Operations role is crucial for Savvy's growth. The company has established the foundational elements of RevOps, including CRM infrastructure, pipeline tooling, and an AI-native analytics layer. The new leader will be responsible for elevating RevOps from an operational support function to a strategic partner for the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role will encompass the full revenue operations mandate, from GTM strategy and planning to systems governance, sales process design, and post-sales operations. The Director will act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Leadership Team, translating data into actionable decisions and overseeing their execution. The position involves managing a growing team of specialists and close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Finance, and the executive team.
