About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Director role directs the performance of Revenue Integrity functions, including edits, Charge Master, and Charge Capture, while coordinating closely with key Revenue Cycle areas such as Coding, Billing, Patient Access, HIM, and Patient Financial Services. Serves as a subject matter expert for clients and Ensemble leadership in acute care markets. Drives projects that advance Revenue Integrity and supports organizational principles through effective team building. Develops short and long term goals, aiding leadership in their implementation, and facilitates training and education for associates. Ensures adherence to policies and processes, while also creating and deploying reports, scorecards, and analytics to monitor and improve performance. Prepares presentations and documentation to enhance understanding of revenue cycle activities across both internal and outsourced functions. Leads initiatives that strengthen Revenue Integrity operations.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Revenue Integrity functions (edits, Charge Master, Charge Capture).
Subject matter expertise in acute care markets.
Experience in team building and developing goals.
Experience in creating and deploying reports, scorecards, and analytics.
Experience in preparing presentations and documentation.
Experience in leading initiatives to strengthen Revenue Integrity operations.
