About The Position

Join our team as Director of Revenue of Hotels! As Director of Revenue for Hotels, you’ll lead property teams to uncover and seize every revenue opportunity—whether it’s a full service, premium select, or independent hotel. You’ll be the daily go-to for support, driving both short- and long-term success through smart reporting, forecasting, and innovative strategies. Plus, you’ll play a vital role on the Executive Committee, helping shape the hotel’s future while maximizing profitability.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems.
Skilled in analyzing financial data, critical thinking, and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach and adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

Communication & Collaboration: Lead energizing meetings, fire off mission-style reports, and deliver fun training—no detail slips by your watchful eye.
