About The Position

The Director Revenue Cycle Management will drive revenue cycle management performance across the organization. This role involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap focused on efficiency, quality, and financial performance. The Director will lead and facilitate revenue cycle meetings, including denials management sessions, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve revenue cycle improvement goals. A key aspect of this role is promoting an inclusive culture by identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices. The Director will deliver measurable improvements and financial benefits through continuous improvement methodologies, acting as a change agent to embed these initiatives. This role also requires establishing trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and leadership, preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, and staying current on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to healthcare billing and reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, and/or people management.
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and software.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business results through change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build effective, collaborative relationships across departments and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes preferred.

Responsibilities
