The Director Revenue Cycle Management will drive revenue cycle management performance across the organization. This role involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap focused on efficiency, quality, and financial performance. The Director will lead and facilitate revenue cycle meetings, including denials management sessions, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve revenue cycle improvement goals. A key aspect of this role is promoting an inclusive culture by identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices. The Director will also serve as a change agent, clearly communicating and embedding continuous improvement initiatives, eliminating process inefficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires establishing trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and leadership, preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, and motivating project stakeholders. Staying current on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to healthcare billing and reimbursement is also essential.
