Warner MusicLos Angeles, CA

About The Position

At Warner Music Group (WMG), we are a global collective of music makers, music lovers, tech innovators, inspired entrepreneurs, game-changing creatives, and passionate team members. We are guided by three core values: Curiosity, Collaboration, and Commitment. WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters, and we are committed to creating a work environment that actively values, appreciates, and respects everyone. We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent. The US Retail & Licensing team services the merchandise interests of WMX artists, as well as ‘Third Party’ artists and licenses. We live at the crossroads of music and fashion. The team is commercially focused, and you will be working with teams in creative, production, and brand management daily, as well as with the Global Head of Retail & Licensing and the Senior Director of Retail to grow and manage the business, coach and mentor the broader team, and take the business to the next level. No day is the same on this team as we serve a diverse roster of artists and coordinate with a multitude and varied list of retail partners. Due to the small nature of the team, everyone has a voice and the ability to contribute ideas. In a changing landscape, this is an opportunity to be a leader and a key voice in the LA office; an opportunity to touch and feel an artist’s vision; an opportunity to see ideas come to life and the fans' appreciation in real time.
