Requirements

7+ years buying paid social and retail media, in-house or agency.
Experience owning $10MM+ in annual working media across multiple brands.
Fluent in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers plus at least one retail media platform.
Advanced Excel or Sheets, and one BI tool; builds and reads a pacing model.
CPG experience, ideally vitamins and supplements, OTC, food, or personal care.

Nice To Haves

Retail media software: Pacvue, Skai, or CommerceIQ.
Clean rooms: Amazon Marketing Cloud or Walmart Luminate.
Social Media or Commerce: TikTok Shop and live shopping formats.

Responsibilities

Own paid social, creator, and retail media across the portfolio.
Set the plan, buy against it, read the data daily, and decide where the next dollar goes.
Plan and buy Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit, brand by brand.
Manage retail media for Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Instacart, and Sam's Club.
Buy creator and UGC content as a paid channel, including TikTok Ads.
Own daily bid, budget, pacing, and creative decisions across brands and retailers.
Design incrementality and geo tests, and report results leadership can act on.
Keep social and creator claims inside FTC endorsement and FDA/DSHEA rules.
All other duties as assigned.
