The Director, Retail Capabilities will lead the Retail Performance Management and Capabilities agenda at Anheuser-Busch, sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, transformation, and execution. This high-impact role is responsible for defining and scaling the capabilities, operating rhythms, business processes, and technology investments that improve retail effectiveness across the organization. The ideal candidate is a high-capacity leader who can move fluidly between executive strategy and hands-on problem-solving. They are comfortable leading through ambiguity, operating with urgency and enthusiasm, and driving alignment across stakeholders (Retail, Regions, Revenue Management, and Digital Transformation). They will translate business goals into scalable capabilities, practical roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. The right individual will bring a strong command of commercial intelligence, retail business levers, P&L thinking, and organizational transformation, and, importantly, will empower highly effective teams to deliver against the agenda.
