Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments. This role is responsible for accurately forecasting and delivering revenue commitments for the assigned territory, managing Territory Account Managers, and growing net new and existing business. The Director will lead the sales team in messaging Forcepoint's value proposition, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the business planning process. Collaboration with internal functions like Inside Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support is essential. The role requires approximately 30-40% travel within the assigned territory.
