This role is responsible for accurately forecasting and delivering revenue commitments for the assigned territory, managing Territory Account Managers, growing net new and existing business, leading Territory Account Managers in messaging Forcepoint's value proposition, building a personal network of relationships with key economic buyers and partners, and driving the business planning process within the territory. The role also ensures integration of Territory Account Managers into the business planning process and requires reporting progress against the business plan to the Area Vice President, East. Collaboration with other internal functions such as Inside Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support is essential. The position requires approximately 30-40% travel within the assigned territory.
