About The Position

This position supports the end-to-end operational engine of graduate admissions, from speed-to-lead outreach through admit-to-enroll conversion and owns event operations across on-property, external, and virtual formats. This position is the functional owner of Slate-driven recruiting operations and communications, including email and text journeys, templates, testing, compliance, and performance analytics. This role ensures program web content is accurate and up to date at all times and partners closely with the Director of Admissions and Director of Marketing to align marketing, communications, and content updates with enrollment goals. This position supervises the Admissions Coordinators and other admissions operations staff, and drives continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), data integrity, and cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in graduate admissions operations.
• Proficiency in Slate or similar CRM systems for recruiting operations and communications.
• Experience with email and text journey management, template creation, testing, and performance analytics.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and currency of program web content.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills with marketing and admissions directors.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement of SOPs, data integrity, and cross-functional workflows.
