About The Position
Responsible for the overall coordination of leasing, both as tenant and as landlord, and certain assigned property management activities for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities. The Director serves as an advisor to management on real estate matters and works with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Seven years of experience in real estate, including three years of experience at the senior portfolio management level.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Healthcare real estate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing activities as both tenant and landlord for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities.
- Coordinate certain property management activities as assigned.
- Advise management on real estate matters.
- Work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs.
